Meet Apostle Julius R. Glass?

Apostle Julius R. Glass is the Senior Pastor of The Resilient Church, where he leads with a passion for preaching God’s Word, strengthening families, developing disciples, and helping people discover and fulfill their God-given purpose.

A proud veteran, Apostle Glass honorably served for 12 years in the United States Army Reserve. His military service remains an important part of his life and has inspired a special passion for supporting, encouraging, and serving veterans and their families.

Called to ministry in 1991, Apostle Glass has faithfully served in pastoral and apostolic leadership for more than three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling, and a Doctor of Theology. His ministry has extended beyond the local church through international preaching, mentorship, and apostolic support to pastors and ministry leaders.

Apostle Glass is also the founder of Rhema Fellowship and a published author of Trusting God Blind Folded. At the heart of his ministry is a commitment to soul-winning, spiritual growth, and building resilient believers who are equipped to live out their faith and make a difference in their families and communities.

Today, Apostle Glass leads The Resilient Church alongside his wife, Pastor Madeline Glass, with a vision to develop the church’s 10-acre property into The Resilient Campus—a place designed to meet the spiritual, educational, social, and practical needs of the community for generations to come.

Above all, Apostle Glass desires to see lives transformed through Jesus Christ and people become everything God has called them to be.

Every Sunday we offer Children’s Church during our 10:30 a.m. service.

A Place for Kids to Learn, Grow & Belong

At The Resilient Church, we believe church should be a place where children are excited to come, feel loved and accepted, and have the opportunity to grow in their own relationship with God.

Resilient Kids Children’s Church provides a welcoming, safe, structured, and engaging environment designed especially for our children ages 5 through 15. While parents and caregivers enjoy Sunday Worship, children have a space of their own where they can learn biblical truths in ways that are meaningful, age-appropriate, interactive, and fun.

Whether your family is visiting TRC for the very first time, searching for a new church home, or already part of our Resilient family, we look forward to welcoming your child!

What Parents Need to Know

Parents and guardians are required to sign their child in at drop-off and sign them out at pick-up. Our check-in and check-out process is an important part of maintaining a safe and organized environment for every child entrusted to our care.

At Resilient Kids, we want children to leave Children’s Church knowing three things:

  • Your child’s safety is a priority at Resilient Kids.

    Our Children’s Church is intentionally structured with procedures in place from security and check-in to classroom instruction and curriculum. Our staff is highly trained and CPR certified, allowing parents to worship with greater peace of mind knowing their children are being cared for in a safe and attentive environment.

    We strive to create a space where children know what to expect, feel comfortable participating, and are surrounded by caring adults who want to see them thrive.

  • Children’s Church isn’t simply childcare during Sunday service. It’s church designed with kids in mind.

    Resilient Kids have their own praise and worship time, giving them an opportunity to sing, celebrate, and learn what it means to worship God in a fun and engaging environment created especially for them.

    Through praise and worship, Bible-based lessons, engaging activities, group discussions, and age-appropriate teaching, children are encouraged to discover God’s Word and understand how biblical principles can be applied to their everyday lives.

    Our goal is to help children build a strong spiritual foundation while encouraging them to ask questions, participate, learn, worship, and develop a genuine excitement about their faith and relationship with God.

  • Resilient Kids uses the God’s Kids through RightNow Media App curriculum to help make learning engaging for children while also keeping parents connected to what is being taught.

    Following Children’s Church, parents receive information about their child’s lesson so they know what their child learned that Sunday and can continue the conversation at home.

    This gives families an opportunity to reinforce the lesson throughout the week, talk about God’s Word together, and make spiritual growth something that extends beyond Sunday morning.

  • Children with special needs are welcome at Resilient Kids.

    We believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the love of God, learn about His Word, and know that they belong. We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment and working with families to help their child have a positive Children’s Church experience.

    If your child has specific needs, accommodations, allergies, or other information that would help our team better care for them, we encourage you to share that information with our Children’s Church staff during check-in.

  • Visiting for the first time? We’ve made it easy.

    When you arrive for Sunday Worship, simply bring your child to the second building at 10:30 AM. Our Children’s Church team will welcome you, assist with the sign-in process, and help your child get comfortable.

    And don’t worry if your child is a little shy or unsure at first—we understand that new places can take some getting used to. Our goal is to make both children and parents feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
